SLI is a smart road marking system that provides more safety on the streets than the current horizontal signaling in urban roads, exponentially multiplying its effectiveness, as it replaces a passive signaling (reflective paint) for an active one (SLI).
This smart road marking technology is a lighting system which combines sensors and LED plates integrated into the asphalt, complemented with vertical LED signs.
Sensors are strategically located within the safety zone of the crosswalk and are responsible for detecting pedestrians who are about to cross.
AUTOMATIC SIGNAL TRANSMISSION
When sensors detect movement automatically send a signal and led plates on the ground and vertical led signs light up instantly.
LED LIGHTING SIGNALING IS ACTIVATED
Due to luminous signs, drivers are warned about the presence of pedestrians. After a stipulated time if sensors do not detect movement, the led light plates turn off.

The effectiveness of the SLI is unquestionable in situations of low visibility, at night or in bad weather conditions such as rain or fog
The materials used for its manufacture are characterized by their excellent resistance to the most adverse weather conditions.
Devices can be made in different shape and size. Set pictograms, adjust the intensity of the light and colour contrast to emphasize drivers´ attention. Wifi and record data on the network or mobile devices are available.
Sli, stands out for its high resistance. Each LED plate (5Ox5O cm.) withstands a pressure of more than 20 tn in all directions, due to the use of composites and laminar materials. These materials are well-known by its light weight and low maintenance cost.
Due to sensors used that turn on and off automatically, control of energy expenditure is easy to carry out. This system is sustainable and maintenance cost is very reduced.
SLI, offers two connectivity options: Power grid and Solar energy.
